O’Reilly Auto Parts is seeking a Retail Service Specialist to support the Store Manager and Assistant Managers in sales, customer service, store appearance, and operations. This role may assume shift management in their absence, with bilingual candidates encouraged to apply.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS include leading a team to deliver stellar customer service, managing order processing, returns, and invoicing, and ensuring security and compliance with schedules.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills required.
• RSS Certification required or pursued.
• Retail sales experience, preferably in auto parts.
• Automotive systems knowledge and ASE Certification desirable.
• Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish highly desired).

Responsibilities

• Lead store team in providing excellent customer service to retail and professional customers.
• Oversee operations including order processing, returns, exchanges, and invoicing.
• Perform opening/closing duties, daily cash handling, and security checks.
• Ensure adherence to schedules and company policies by team members.
