O’Reilly Auto Parts is seeking a Retail Service Specialist to support the Store Manager and Assistant Managers in sales, service, store appearance, and operations. The role may include shift management in the absence of store leadership and encourages bilingual applicants.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills required.
• Retail sales experience is desired, preferably in auto parts.
• Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish highly desired) is a plus.
• ASE and RSS certifications are favorable.

Responsibilities

• Lead store team to provide excellent customer service to retail and professional customers.
• Supervise showroom customer service and program execution (Related sales, Hi5, Rock the Call, Never Say No, Rock the Lot).
• Oversee telephone handling according to policy and process buy online/ship to store and related orders.
• Perform opening/closing duties, money handling, deposits, and security procedures.
