Job summary

O’Reilly Auto Parts in Colorado is seeking a Retail Service Specialist to support the Store Manager and assist with sales, customer service, store appearance, and operations. The role includes shift management in the absence of management and ensuring high service standards for both retail and professional customers.

The position emphasizes strong communication, teamwork, and adherence to company policies, with bilingual candidates encouraged to apply and a comprehensive total compensation

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to obtain RSS Certification.

Responsibilities

• Lead store team members in providing excellent customer service to retail and professional customers.
• Supervise the customer service levels on the retail showroom to include team member execution on customer service programs.
• Ensure telephone is answered according to company policy.
• Ensure all buy online/ship to store, hub and store to store transfers, and DC add orders are processed in a timely manner and customers are contacted upon shipment arrivals as needed.
• Ensure special orders and outside purchases are handled efficiently and according to procedure.
• Ensure retail customer returns and exchanges are processed in an efficient and friendly manner and refunds issued accurately.
• Ensure all merchandise is invoiced before product leaves the store.
• Ensure Zipline messages are communicated and merchandising tasks are delegated and completed as assigned.
• Ensure team members adhere to work schedules and clock in/out according to policy.
• Perform all store opening/closing duties and day end procedures, including money/deposits and securing the building.
• All other duties as assigned.
