Qualifications

• Strong communication skills required.
• Ability to obtain RSS Certification necessary.
• Retail sales experience in auto parts preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead store team members in providing excellent customer service.
• Supervise customer service levels in the retail showroom.
• Ensure phone is answered according to company policy.
• Process special orders and outside purchases efficiently.
• Handle customer returns and exchanges courteously.

Skills

Strong communication skills

Ability to obtain RSS Certification

Retail sales experience, preferably in auto parts

Automotive systems and repair knowledge

ASE Certification

Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish is highly desired)
