O'Reilly Auto Parts is seeking a Retail Service Specialist to support the Store Manager and Assistant Managers in sales, customer service, store appearance, and operations in High Point, NC. The role may assume shift management in the absence of management.

Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply. Responsibilities include leading a team to deliver exceptional customer service, managing showroom service levels, handling orders and transfers, processing returns, invoicing, and performing

Qualificações

• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to obtain RSS Certification.

Responsabilidades

• Lead store team members in providing excellent customer service to retail customers.
• Supervise customer service levels on the retail showroom and ensure execution of customer service programs.
• Answer telephones according to policy and manage in-store processes.
• Process buy online/ship to store, hub, and store-to-store transfers, and notify customers upon shipment arrivals as needed.
• Handle special orders and outside purchases efficiently following procedures.
• Ensure returns and exchanges are processed smoothly, issue refunds correctly, and stage returned merchandise properly.
• Invoicing of all merchandise including core charges and warranties before product leaves the store.
• Communicate Zipline messages and delegate merchandising tasks as assigned.
• Ensure staff adhere to schedule, clock in/out, and manage day-end procedures including banking.
• Perform all opening/closing duties and secure the store.
• All other duties as assigned.
