O'Reilly Auto Parts is seeking a Retail Service Specialist to support the Store Manager and Assistant Managers in sales, customer service, store appearance and operations. The role may assume shift management in their absence, with bilingual candidates encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities include leading team members, supervising customer service, processing store-to-store transfers, handling returns, and ensuring daily opening/closing duties are completed according to policy.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to obtain RSS Certification.

Responsabilités

• Lead store team members in providing excellent customer service to retail and professional customers.
• Supervise the customer service levels on the retail showroom and ensure team executes customer service programs.
• Ensure telephone is answered according to company policy.
• Process buy online/ship to store, hub and store-to-store transfers, and DC add orders and contact customers on shipment arrivals.
• Handle special orders and outside purchases efficiently and according to procedure.
• Process retail customer returns and exchanges, issue refunds using correct payment methods, and stage returned merchandise.
• Ensure all merchandise, including core charges and warranties, are invoiced before product leaves the store.
• Communicate Zipline messages and delegate Image Maker and merchandising tasks.
• Ensure adherence to posted work schedules and proper clocking in/out per policy.
• Perform store opening/closing duties and day end procedures, secure money/deposits, prep bank deposits, secure building and vehicles.
