Job summary

O'Reilly Auto Parts is seeking a Retail Service Specialist to support the Store Manager in sales, customer service, store appearance, and operations. This role may assume shift management in the absence of leadership, and bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities include leading staff to deliver excellent service, supervising showroom service levels, processing orders, returns, and ensuring proper invoicing and security procedures. Equal opportunity employer.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills required.
• Able to obtain RSS Certification.
• Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish highly desired).

Responsibilities

• Lead team to deliver excellent customer service to retail and professional customers.
• Supervise showroom customer service levels and programs.
• Handle store opening/closing duties and money security.
• Ensure transfers and shipments are processed promptly and communicated to customers.
• Ensure returns and exchanges are processed efficiently and refunds are issued correctly.
• Verify invoicing for all merchandise before it leaves the store.
