Qualifications

• Ability to obtain RSS Certification.
• Retail sales experience, preferably in auto parts.
• Automotive systems and repair knowledge.
• ASE Certification.

Responsibilities

• Lead store team members in providing excellent customer service.
• Supervise customer service levels on the retail showroom.
• Ensure all buy online/ship to store orders are processed timely.
• Ensure customer returns and exchanges are handled efficiently.
• Perform all store opening and closing duties.

Skills

Strong communication skills

Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish is highly desired)
