Responsibilities

• Lead store team members in delivering excellent customer service.
• Supervise customer service levels in the showroom and ensure phone coverage.
• Manage buy online/ship to store, transfers, and DC add orders; notify customers on shipment.
• Handle special orders and outside purchases efficiently.
• Process returns and exchanges, issue refunds accurately.
• Invoice all merchandise including core charges and warranties before departure.
• Communicate Zipline messages and delegate merchandising tasks.
• Ensure adherence to posted schedules and proper clock-ins/outs.
• Perform store opening/closing duties and secure money and building.
• All other duties as assigned.
