Qualifications

• Strong communication skills required.
• Ability to obtain RSS Certification.
• Retail sales experience, preferably in auto parts is desired.
• Knowledge of automotive systems and repair preferred.
• ASE Certification is a plus.
• Fluency in Spanish is highly desired.

Responsibilities

• Lead store team members in providing excellent customer service.
• Supervise the customer service levels on the retail showroom.
• Ensure telephone is answered according to company policy.
• Oversee timely processing of buy online/ship to store orders.
• Efficiently handle retail customer returns and exchanges.
• Perform all store opening/closing duties as assigned.
