O'Reilly Auto Parts is seeking a Retail Service Specialist to support the Store Manager and run store operations in Massachusetts. You will lead a team in delivering top-notch customer service, manage showroom interactions, and handle order processing, returns, and invoicing.

Responsabilités

• Lead store team to deliver excellent customer service.
• Supervise customer service levels in the retail showroom and ensure program execution.
• Ensure telephone is answered according to policy.
• Process buy online/ship to store, hub and store transfers, and DC add orders and contact customers on shipment arrivals as needed.
• Handle special orders and outside purchases efficiently per procedure.
• Process returns and exchanges promptly and issue refunds using correct payment methods.
• Invoice all merchandise including core charges and warranties before product leaves the store.
• Communicate Zipline messages and delegate merchandising tasks as assigned.
• Ensure schedule adherence, approvals for deviations, and correct clocking in/out per policy.
• Perform all opening/closing duties and day-end procedures, including banking deposits and securing premises.
