Responsibilities

• Lead store team members to deliver excellent customer service for retail and professional customers.
• Supervise showroom customer service levels and execute service programs.
• Handle phone inquiries and maintain policy-compliant calls.
• Process buy online/shipping orders and store-to-store transfers promptly.
• Efficiently manage returns, exchanges, and refunds with proper payment methods.
• Ensure merchandise invoicing and core charges are handled before departure.
• Delegate merchandising tasks and communicate Zipline messages as assigned.
• Oversee adherence to posted schedules and clock-in/out policies.
• Perform opening/closing duties and secure deposits per policy.
