• Process buy online/ship to store and special orders efficiently.
• Handle customer returns and exchanges accurately.
• Invoice all merchandise before product leaves the store.
• Communicate messages and delegate tasks to team members.
• Perform all store opening and closing duties.
• Execute any additional duties as assigned.
