Qualifications

• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to obtain RSS Certification.
• Retail sales experience, preferably in auto parts.
• Automotive systems and repair knowledge.
• ASE Certification.
• Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish is highly desired).

Responsibilities

• Lead store team members in providing excellent customer service to retail and professional customers.
• Supervise customer service levels in the showroom and ensure adherence to company policies and programs.
• Manage day-to-day operations including opening/closing duties, deposits, and security procedures.
• Coordinate purchase orders, transfers, and outside purchases to ensure timely processing and accuracy.
• Assist in shift management in the absence of Store Manager or Assistant Manager.
