Job summary

O’Reilly Auto Parts seeks a Retail Service Specialist to support store leadership in sales, customer service, store appearance, and operations. The role may involve shift management in the absence of Store leadership, with bilingual candidates encouraged to apply.

Essential duties include leading team members in service quality, handling orders and transfers, processing returns, and ensuring accurate invoicing and security procedures.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to obtain RSS Certification.
• Retail sales experience, preferably in auto parts.
• Automotive systems knowledge and ASE certification is a plus.
• Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish is highly desired).

Responsibilities

• Lead store team members in delivering excellent customer service to retail and professional customers.
• Supervise customer service levels in the showroom and ensure timely processing of orders and transfers.
• Coordinate returns, exchanges, refunds, and proper invoicing of merchandise.
• Ensure security, scheduling, and opening/closing procedures are followed.
