Job summary

O’Reilly Auto Parts is seeking a Retail Service Specialist to assist the Store Manager and team with sales, customer service, store appearance, and operations at our Georgia location. The role may include shift management in the absence of leadership.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to obtain RSS Certification.
• Retail sales experience, preferably in auto parts.
• Automotive systems and repair knowledge.
• ASE Certification.
• Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish is highly desired).

Responsibilities

• Lead store team in delivering excellent customer service to retail and professional customers.
• Supervise customer service levels in the showroom and execute programs.
• Ensure telephone is answered per policy.
• Process buy online/ship to store, hub and store-to-store transfers, and notify customers on shipment arrivals.
• Handle special orders and outside purchases per procedure.
• Process returns and exchanges and issue refunds using correct payment methods.
• Invoice all merchandise, including core charges and warranties, before product leaves the store.
• Communicate Zipline messages and delegate merchandising tasks as assigned.
• Ensure staff adhere to posted schedules and clock-in/out per policy.
• Perform all opening/closing duties, including day-end procedures, deposits, security, and vehicle checks.
• All other duties as assigned.
