• Ability to obtain RSS Certification.

Responsibilities

• Lead store team in providing excellent customer service to retail and professional customers.
• Supervise customer service levels in the showroom and ensure program execution.
• Handle store opening/closing duties and day end procedures according to policy.
• Ensure timely processing of buy online/ship to store, internal transfers and returns.
• Maintain store appearance and assist in managing store operations.
