O'Reilly Auto Parts is seeking a Retail Service Specialist in Massachusetts to support the Store Manager and Assistant Managers across sales, customer service, store appearance, and operations. The role includes shift management in the manager's absence and encouraging bilingual candidates to apply.

Responsibilities include leading service, handling transfers and returns, invoicing, and ensuring secure store operations.

Qualifications

• Required: Strong communication skills; RSS Certification.

Responsibilities

• Lead store team members in providing excellent customer service to retail and professional customers.
• Supervise the customer service levels on the retail showroom, including execution of service programs.
• Ensure telephone is answered according to company policy.
• Process buy online/ship to store, hub and store-to-store transfers, and DC add orders and notify customers on shipment arrivals.
• Handle special orders and outside purchases per procedure using the outside purchase ledger.
• Ensure returns and exchanges are processed smoothly with refunds issued correctly.
• Invoice all merchandise including core charges and warranties before product leaves the store.
• Communicate Zipline messages and delegate merchandising tasks as assigned.
• Manage shift coverage and ensure adherence to schedules and clock-ins.
• Perform opening/closing duties and secure money, deposits, and building.
