Job summary

O’Reilly Auto Parts is seeking a Retail Service Specialist to support store leadership in sales, service, appearance, and operations. This role may assume shift management in absence of managers. Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply and support a full compensation package.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to lead a team and communicate clearly with customers.
• Desireable certification and automotive product knowledge.
• Multilingual ability, especially Spanish, is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead store team members to deliver excellent customer service.
• Supervise showroom customer service and program execution.
• Ensure calls and transfers are processed promptly and accurately.
• Manage returns, refunds, and proper invoicing per policy.
• Perform opening/closing duties, money handling, and security checks.
• Coordinate with management and clock adherence per policy.
