Job summary

O’Reilly Auto Parts seeks a Retail Service Specialist to support Store Manager and Assistant Managers in sales, service, and store operations. The role may assume shift leadership in the absence of management.

Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply. Responsibilities include leading customer service, processing store transfers, handling returns and refunds, and ensuring accurate invoicing and merchandise presentation.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills are required.
• Ability to obtain RSS Certification.
• Retail sales experience, preferably in auto parts; bilingual ability is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead store team members to deliver excellent customer service to retail and professional customers.
• Supervise customer service levels in the retail showroom and ensure adherence to programs and policies.
• Handle buy online/ship to store, transfers, and outside purchases with timely follow-up and proper documentation.
• Process returns, refunds, and exchanges with accuracy and courtesy; ensure proper invoicing and documentation.
• Perform opening/closing duties, secure money and deposits, and ensure store security measures are followed.
• Communicate Zipline messages and delegate merchandising tasks; monitor schedules and clock-ins/outs.
