Job summary

Walgreens is seeking team members to open and close the store when management is not present, manage cash and ensure the sales floor and stockroom are ready for business. The role includes assisting with deliveries through back door access and maintaining accurate cash handling procedures.

You will engage customers, resolve questions, provide helpful service, and model Walgreens’ customer experience standards. Training and coordination with team members are key parts of the job.

Qualifications

• One year of prior leadership, supervisory, or retail key holder work experience.
• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.

Responsibilities

• Opens and closes the store in the absence of management, including all required systems start-ups and cash handling.
• Completes product returns, refunds, and handles cash drops with accuracy at the registers.
• Engages customers to deliver a distinctive customer experience and supports store operations.
