Responsibilities

• Open and close the store in the absence of management, with required systems start-ups and cash handling.
• Complete returns, order voids, customer refunds, cash drops, and provide change as requested.
• Models and delivers a distinctive and delightful customer experience.
• Engage customers and patients, greet and assist with products and services.
• Communicate tasks to team members when management is not present and report issues.
