Job summary

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of leadership or supervisory experience.
• Fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Ability to open/close the store and handle cash.

Responsibilities

• Opens and closes the store in the absence of store management, including required cash handling and ensuring floor and stock room readiness for the business day.
• Completes product returns, order voids, customer refunds, cash drops to the safe, and provides change to cash registers as requested.
• Models and delivers a distinctive and delightful customer experience.
• Engages customers and patients by greeting them and offering assistance with products and services; resolves issues to ensure a positive experience.
• Coaches team members on customer service best practices and maintains Walgreens service traits.
• Holds store keys, assists with vendor deliveries, and reviews order exceptions as needed.
• Maintains inventory accuracy and supports price changes and displays in compliance with local regulations.
• Assists with bookkeeping activities and maintaining store condition and appearance.
