Job summary

Responsibilities

• Open and close the store in the absence of store management, including cash handling and ensuring readiness of floor and stock room.
• Complete product returns, refunds, cash drops, and provide change as requested to registers.
• Engage customers to deliver a distinctive and delightful shopping experience and assist with questions and needs.
• Hold store keys for opening/closing when management is unavailable and supervise team members as needed.
• Maintain accurate inventory counts and pricing, assist with vendor deliveries, and support merchandising and displays.
