Job summary

You will engage customers, resolve issues, and uphold Walgreens service standards while assisting with vendor deliveries, inventory, pricing, and general maintenance.

Qualifications

• One year of leadership, supervisory, or retail key holder experience.
• Fluent reading/writing/speaking of English.

Responsibilities

• Opens and closes the store in the absence of store management, including systems start-ups and cash handling.
• Completes product returns, order voids, refunds, cash drops, and provides change.
• Models and delivers a distinctive and delightful customer experience.
• Engages customers and patients by greeting them and offering assistance with products and services.
• Resolves customer issues to ensure a positive experience.
• Models and shares customer service best practices with team members.
• Holds store keys to open/close without management.
• Assists with vendor deliveries and backroom operations.
• Registers sales accurately and handles price verifications and voids.
• Maintains accurate inventory counts and stockroom organization.
• Ensures proper pricing signage and local regulatory compliance.
• Assists with bookkeeping activities and store maintenance.
