Job summary

Qualifications

• One year of leadership, supervisory, or retail key holder experience.
• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.

Responsibilities

• Opens and closes the store when management is not present, including system start-ups and cash handling.
• Completes product returns, order voids, customer refunds, cash drops to the safe, and provides change at registers.
• Models and delivers a distinctive and delightful customer experience.
• Maintains store key access, participates in backroom/vendor deliveries, and supports inventory and pricing activities.
• Assists with displays, pricing accuracy, and stock rotation to ensure compliance and customer satisfaction.
