Job summary

You will interact with customers, resolve questions, and contribute to a consistently high service standard. Responsibilities include processing returns, refunds, and price adjustments, supporting vendor deliveries, inventory control, and merchandising.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year of supervising or lead role in retail.
• English reading, writing and speaking required.
• Knowledge of store inventory control preferred.
• PTCB certification or state pharmacy license as required.

Responsibilities

• Open and close store in absence of management, with cash handling.
• Process returns, refunds, cash drops, and price changes.
• Deliver distinctive customer experience.
• Assist with vendor deliveries, inventory counts, displays, and pricing.
• Maintain store appearance and compliance with policies.
