Job summary

Walgreens is seeking a dedicated team member to support store operations, cash handling, and customer service. You will open the store in the absence of management, process refunds, and ensure the store floor and stockroom are ready for the day. You will also assist with deliveries and maintain pricing and displays.

You will engage customers, resolve questions, and contribute to an overall welcoming shopping experience while supporting daily store duties and compliance.

Qualifications

• One year of prior leadership, supervisory, or retail key holder experience.
• Fluent reading, writing and speaking English.

Responsibilities

• Opens and closes the store when management is absent, completes required systems start-ups and cash handling.
• Registers cash handling, returns, refunds, and ensures daily cash accuracy.
• Delivers a distinctive and delightful customer experience to shoppers and patients.
• Maintains store room and floor readiness for the business day, including deliveries.
• Helps manage inventory, pricing, and local regulatory compliance as required.
