Job summary

Walgreens is seeking a dependable team member to open and close the store in the absence of management, manage cash processes, and ensure the floor and stock room are ready for the day. You will assist customers, maintain pricing accuracy, and support backroom operations.

As a key holder, you will model friendly service, resolve issues, and train teammates on standards and procedures to deliver a distinctive Walgreens experience.

Qualifications

• One year of prior leadership, supervisory, or retail key holder work experience.
• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.

Responsibilities

• Opens and closes the store in the absence of store management, including systems start-ups and cash handling.
• Completes product returns, refunds, cash drops, and provides change to registers.
• Models and delivers a distinctive customer experience.
• Engages customers and patients with assistance and product knowledge.
• Assists with vendor deliveries and backroom operations.
• Maintains inventory counts and accurate pricing/signage.
