Job summary

Walgreens is seeking a dedicated team member to open and close the store when management is not present, handle cash, and ensure readiness of the floor and stock room for business. You will interact with customers to provide a positive Walgreens experience and assist with backdoor vendor deliveries as required.

Ideal candidates have at least one year of leadership or retail key holder experience, strong English communication, and knowledge of inventory control.

Qualifications

• One year of leadership, supervisory, or retail key holder experience.
• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Knowledge of store inventory control preferred.
• PTCB certification or pharmacy license as required by state.

Responsibilities

• Open and close the store in the absence of management, including cash handling and ensuring readiness of floor and stock room.
• Process returns, refunds, cash drops, and provide change at registers.
• Engage customers to deliver a distinctive Walgreens customer experience.
• Assist with vendor deliveries and backdoor access as needed.
• Maintain accurate pricing, signage, and compliance with local regulations.
