Job summary

Qualifications

• One year of prior leadership, supervisory, or retail key holder work experience.
• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.

Responsibilities

• Opens and closes the store in the absence of store management, including required systems start-ups and cash handling.
• Completes product returns, order voids, customer refunds, cash drops to the safe, and provides change to cash registers.
• Models and delivers a distinctive and delightful customer experience.
• Engages customers and patients by greeting them and offering assistance with products and services; resolves issues to ensure a positive experience.
• Assists with and coaches team members in warehouse and vendor ordering processes, including opening the backdoor for deliveries.
• Registers all related sales and manages pricing, scanning errors, and voids.
• Maintains accurate inventory counts and display resets; manages pricing signage and local regulatory compliance tasks.
• Assists with exterior and interior maintenance, stock rotation, and store cleanliness.
• Performs bookkeeping activities such as cash reports and ledgers as needed.
• Ensures compliance with state/local laws on regulated products and bag checks of team members.
• Attends training and completes PPLs requested by Manager.
• Serves as liaison between management and team members when store management is not present.
• Reports disciplinary issues and customer complaints to management.
