• Opens and closes the store in the absence of management, including cash handling and ensuring floor and stock room are ready for the business day.
• Completes product returns, order voids, customer refunds, cash drops to the safe, and provides change at registers.
• Models and delivers a distinctive and delightful customer experience.
• Holds store keys to open/close without management and assists with vendor deliveries.
