Job summary

• Completes product returns, order voids, refunds, and cash drops; provides change to registers.
• Models and delivers a distinctive and delightful customer experience.
• Coaches team members on warehouse and vendor ordering processes and handles deliveries.
• Registers all sales, notes scanning errors and price verifications, and handles voids.
• Maintains inventory accuracy and supports price changes and signage per local regulations.
