Job summary

Walgreens in the United States is seeking a Customer Experience and Operations Associate to support store opening and closing when management is absent. You will handle cash, process returns, assist customers, and help ensure the floor and stockroom are ready for the business day.

You will supervise team members, assist with vendor deliveries and pricing tasks, maintain inventory accuracy, and uphold compliant practices for regulated products.

Qualifications

• One year of prior leadership, supervisory, or retail key holder experience.
• Fluency in reading, writing, and speaking English.

Responsibilities

• Open/close the store in the absence of management with required cash handling.
• Complete returns, refunds, voids, and cash drops with accuracy.
• Provide a distinctive, customer-focused experience for shoppers.
• Assist with inventory, pricing, displays, and stock rotation.
• Support vendor deliveries via backdoor and monitor order accuracy.
• Maintain store conditions, cleanliness, and basic maintenance requests.
• Assist with pharmacy out window as needed and ensure regulatory compliance.
