Qualifications

• One year of prior leadership, supervisory, or retail key holder work experience.
• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Obtains and maintains valid PTCB certification or pharmacy license as required by state.

Responsabilités

• Opens and closes the store in the absence of store management, handling cash and ensuring readiness.
• Engages customers, resolves issues, and delivers a distinctive customer experience.
• Maintains inventory, pricing, cleanliness, and displays; supports back room/stockroom operations.
• Manages cash handling tasks including refunds, drops, and reports to management.
• Serves as a liaison when management is not present and communicates tasks to team.
