Job summary

This role requires English fluency and a minimum of one year in a leadership or retail capacity.

Qualifications

• One year of leadership, supervisory, or retail key holder experience.
• Fluent reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Knowledge of store inventory control is a plus.
• We will consider applicants with arrest and conviction records.
• PTCB certification or pharmacy license may be required by state, if applicable.

Responsibilities

• Open and close the store in the absence of management, including cash handling.
• Complete product returns, order voids, customer refunds, cash drops, and provide change to registers.
• Model and deliver a distinctive customer experience.
• Engage customers, greet and assist with products and services, and resolve issues to ensure satisfaction.
• Assist with storefront displays, promotions, and resets.
