Job summary

Walgreens is seeking a capable Retail Lead/Key Holder to open and close the store in the absence of management, handle cash, and ensure the floor and stock room are ready for the business day, including opening the back door for deliveries.

You will engage customers, resolve issues, coach team members on service excellence, manage inventory accuracy, assist with pricing and displays, and support bulk receipts and returns as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of leadership, supervisory, or retail key holder experience.
• Fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.

Responsibilities

• Open and close the store in the absence of management, including cash handling and ensuring readiness of floor and stock room.
• Complete product returns, order voids, customer refunds, cash drops to the safe, and provide change to cash registers.
