Responsibilities

• Opens and closes the store in the absence of store management, handling required systems start-ups and cash handling.
• Handles cash drops, returns, refunds, and price verifications; supports back room and floor readiness.
• Provides exceptional customer service and assists customers with products and services.
• Manages store keys, assists with vendor deliveries and backdoor access for shipments.
• Maintains accurate inventory, signage, and pricing while ensuring policy compliance.
