The role emphasizes delivering a distinctive customer experience and supporting daily operations with vendors and inventory control. Primary duties include assisting customers, processing refunds, cash drops, and ensuring compliance with pricing and store policies.

Formación

• One year of leadership or supervisory experience.
• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.

Responsabilidades

• Open and close the store in the absence of management, including systems start-ups and cash handling.
• Complete product returns, refunds, cash drops to the safe, and provide change to registers.
• Models and delivers a distinctive customer experience.
• Engage customers by greeting and assisting with products and services; resolve issues for a positive experience.
• Assist with inventory accuracy, pricing changes, and backroom organization.
• Assist with vendor deliveries, stockroom, and displays; monitor promotions and resets.
