Qualifications

• One year of prior leadership, supervisory, or retail key holder work experience.
• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.

Responsabilités

• Open and close store in absence of management, start-up systems, cash handling, and floor readiness.
• Handle cash drops, refunds, returns, and provide change to registers.
• Model and deliver a distinctive customer experience.
• Greet customers, assist with products and services, and resolve issues to ensure satisfaction.
• Manage inventory counts, pricing, signage, and local regulatory compliance tasks.
• Assist with vendor deliveries, backroom access, and display development.
• Perform bookkeeping tasks including cash reports and ledger entries.
