Qualificações

• 1 year of prior leadership, supervisory, or retail key holder experience.
• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.

Responsabilidades

• Opens and closes the store in the absence of store management, including systems start-ups and cash handling.
• Completes product returns, refunds, cash drops, and provides change to cash registers.
• Delivers a distinctive and delightful customer experience.
• Engages customers and assists with products and services; resolves issues to ensure a positive experience.
• Models customer service best practices and Walgreens service traits to the team.
• Holds store keys to open/close without management as necessary and assists with vendor deliveries.
• Registers all sales, tracks scanning errors and price verifications, and handles voids.
• Evaluates displays, conducts resets, and maintains accurate inventory counts across departments.
• Maintains proper pricing with signage and completes daily pricing tasks per local regulations.
• Assists with bookkeeping activities and store maintenance; supports separation of food items and stock rotation.
• Assists with outside window operations and regulatory compliance for beverages and tobacco.
• Performs bag checks for staff and communicates tasks when management is absent.
• Attends training and completes PPLs as requested and serves as liaison between management and staff.
