• Completes refunds, cash drops, and provides change as requested to cash registers.
• Delivers a distinctive and delightful customer experience.
• Engages customers by greeting them and assisting with products and services; resolves issues to ensure positive experience.
• Models customer service best practices and Walgreen service traits for the team.
• Assists with warehouse and vendor order processes, including openings for deliveries.
• Manages basic department pricing, signage, and local regulatory compliance tasks.
• Performs bookkeeping activities related to cash reports and ledgers.
• Maintains store condition, inventory accuracy, and visibility of products.
