Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Shift Supervisor to support the CVS Store Management team and drive store execution and customer service excellence. In the absence of a manager, you will lead staff, ensure smooth operations, and finalize opening and closing procedures.

Qualifications

• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including some early morning, overnight and weekend shifts, to work overtime as needed, and to respond to urgent issues at the store when they arise.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the store staff and assist in driving store execution.
• Lead opening and closing procedures in the absence of a manager or supervisor.
• Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer questions, problems, and complaints.
• Maintain merchandising, price items, stock shelves and manage displays and inventories.
