Responsibilities

• Ensure 100% of table visits are performed and resolve Guest issues.
• Lead and coach Team Members.
• Manage labor on the shift.
• Open and close the restaurant including paperwork.
• Monitor food quality, labor, and safety.
• Conduct Team Member pre-shift meetings.
• Address Guest complaints.
