Responsibilities

• Create, implement and execute the overall business staff plan to build sales, ensuring staffing levels by each Department Manager.
• Prepare the manager schedule to ensure proper business coverage according to the World Wide Wings guidelines.
• Oversee HR management, ensuring 100% compliance with federal, state and local laws and company policies.
• Ensure all employee benefits are communicated to all Department Managers, Restaurant Support Managers and hourly team members.
• Provide performance feedback and recognition to all managers and staff on an ongoing basis including one-on-one reviews.
• Maintain open, honest communication and positive morale, ensuring a fun work environment.
