Fulenwider Enterprises operates KFC and Taco Bell restaurants in Dayton, TN. We are seeking a Shift Manager to captain the shift, lead a team of crew members, ensure smooth operations, and deliver great customer service in a fast-paced setting.

You will supervise shift activity, motivate staff, handle customer inquiries, maintain food safety and cash handling, train new team members, and resolve issues to keep the restaurant running smoothly during busy periods.

Formación

• Experience in a restaurant or fast-food setting is preferred.
• Strong leadership and staff-motivation abilities.
• Excellent verbal communication and customer service skills.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise shift: oversee all restaurant activities during the shift and ensure policy compliance.
• Team leadership: motivate and guide crew to deliver exceptional service.
• Customer service: interact with customers and address inquiries promptly.
• Food safety: maintain high food safety standards across operations.
• Cash handling: process payments and maintain accurate till records.
• Inventory management: monitor stock and assist with ordering as needed.
• Shift reports: document sales, labor, and incidents for management.
• Training: onboard and train new team members on policies and standards.
• Problem-solving: resolve issues quickly to keep operations smooth.
• Cleanliness: maintain a clean, organized, and presentable restaurant.
• Promotions: support promotions and specials to drive sales.
