Qualifications

• Previous restaurant or fast-food experience preferred.
• Ability to lead and motivate a team effectively.
• Excellent verbal communication skills.
• Thrive in fast-paced environments and adapt to changing circumstances.
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Food Safety Certification preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of the restaurant during your shift.
• Motivate and guide your team to deliver exceptional service.
• Interact with customers to ensure a memorable dining experience.
• Maintain high food safety standards.
• Handle cash registers and maintain accurate records.
• Keep track of inventory levels and order supplies as needed.
• Prepare shift reports including sales and labor costs.
• Train new team members on company policies.
• Handle unexpected situations and resolve conflicts.
• Ensure the restaurant is clean and organized.
• Assist in promoting new menu items and promotions.
