Job summary

Fulenwider Enterprises operates KFC and Taco Bell locations in Piney Flats, TN. We are seeking a Shift Manager to lead a crew during each shift, ensuring smooth operation, high service quality, and a positive, fun atmosphere for guests.

You will supervise staff, promote teamwork, and uphold food safety and service standards while driving customer satisfaction in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in a restaurant or fast-food environment preferred.
• Proven ability to lead and motivate a team.
• Excellent verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced setting and adapt to changing circumstances.
• Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Food safety certification preferred but not required (can be obtained on the job).

Responsibilities

• Supervise the shift and oversee staff, customer inquiries, and policy compliance.
• Lead and motivate the team to deliver excellent service.
• Interact with customers, take orders, and ensure a positive dining experience.
• Maintain high food safety standards in preparation, storage, and handling.
• Handle cash registers, process payments, and maintain accurate records.
• Monitor inventory, order supplies, and manage stock rotation.
• Prepare shift reports with sales and labor costs.
• Train new team members on policies and customer service standards.
• Resolve problems quickly to keep operations running smoothly.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and presentable restaurant environment.
• Assist in promotions and specials to drive sales.
