Job summary

Fulenwider Enterprises is hiring a Shift Manager for our KFC and Taco Bell locations in Elizabethton, TN. You will lead a team during your shift, ensure smooth operations, and uphold service standards with a focus on food safety and customer satisfaction.

You will train new team members, manage cash handling and inventory, and resolve issues quickly to maintain a positive, high-energy environment for guests and staff.

Qualifications

• Experience in restaurant/fast-food environments preferred.
• Ability to lead and motivate a team effectively.
• Excellent verbal communication skills required.
• Thrive in a fast-paced setting and adapt to changing needs.
• Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Food safety certification preferred but not mandatory (on-the-job training possible).

Responsibilities
