Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in restaurant or fast-food preferred.

• Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Food safety certification preferred but not required (can be obtained on the job).

Responsibilities

• Supervise Shift: oversee all aspects of the restaurant during your shift.
• Team Leadership: motivate and guide your team to deliver exceptional service.
• Customer Service: interact with customers, take orders, and ensure a memorable dining experience.
• Food Safety: maintain high food safety standards and monitor food handling.
• Cash Handling: manage cash registers, payments, and records.
• Inventory Management: track inventory, order supplies, and manage stock rotation.
• Shift Reports: prepare shift reports with sales and labor costs.
• Training: train new team members on policies and customer service standards.
• Problem-Solving: handle unexpected situations and resolve conflicts.
• Cleanliness: ensure the restaurant is clean and presentable.
• Promotions and Specials: assist in promoting items and deals.
